What hosts ask before booking.

How is this different from photos I’d take on my phone? +

Phones are great for capturing memories. They aren’t built for selling space. Pros use ultra-wide lenses calibrated for interiors, bracketed exposures that hold detail in the window blowouts, and tripod-leveled framing so rooms look balanced instead of warped. The result reads as a property listing, not a snapshot. That’s what drives click-through from Airbnb search and the first-impression decision in those first three seconds of a listing view.

What’s the actual ROI? When does it pay back? +

The industry benchmarks are consistent: listings with professional photos book about 40% more nights and command 26% higher nightly rates than phone-shot listings of similar properties. On a $150/night Phoenix home, the math usually works out to a shoot paying for itself inside a few extra bookings. We won’t promise specifics for your property, but we wouldn’t have shot 1,000+ rentals if hosts weren’t seeing it work.

What if I change my furniture later? Do I need a re-shoot? +

Minor swaps (new throw pillows, a different rug, fresh towels) don’t require it. A material change does: new sofa, repainted walls, a finished addition, a remodeled bathroom. Listings whose photos don’t match what guests walk into are the #1 driver of refund requests. Existing clients get a returning-host rate on the re-shoot. Email us when it’s time and we’ll set it up.

What happens if I’m not happy with the photos? +

Pay after your photos are ready: you preview every photo before any payment goes through, and you pay only when you choose to unlock the gallery. You’re never locked into a gallery you haven’t seen and approved first.

How much does Airbnb photography cost? +
